This custom automation project had our customer approach us with a problem on their bottle filling line. Bottles kept jamming up in the intersections of the transport conveyor. Motiontek designed a Bottle Stop and Controller that was integrated on top of the existing conveyor. Resulting in jam free bottle transportation and a far more efficient production line.
